A lot has happened in that year, and I've had a lot of ups and downs along the way. Let's hope the second year brings more of the former and less of the latter. To the right of everyone's posts (Right next to their avatar/profile), you should see plus and minus sign links. Click on the plus sign to give someone positive reputation points, and the minus sign to get negative points. Simple enough. If you started a topic, you'll notice that everyone's replies have a "Thanks" icon next to the "Quote" icon. If you find a reply to your topic helpful, click on that to thank them with four ...
