It hasn't been confirmed, but several sites are already claiming that he died. Others are only saying that he had a heart attack and is now in a coma.

The news playing at the internet cafe I'm at right now is saying that he's in a coma. I think TMZ is the only site reporting that he died. It took me by surprise when I heard about it.

USA Tioday and Los Angeles Times are both reporting that he died. It comes as a shock to me, too.

Yeah, I'm hearing about more news sources reporting that he really did pass on. There's a huge crowd gathered outside the hospital he was taken to. I still don't want to believe it.

There's rumors going around that Jackson faked his death as a sort of "rebirth" thing...and I wouldn't put it past him for a second. Just all of a sudden, we see him running around like "Surprise! Publicity stunt!"

But really, it seems like he is gone. Being weird in your later years doesn't mean that you'll fake your own death to be popular again.
