What happened to the shoutbox?!?!?

Is it just me, or is the shoutbox suddenly missing?

Shoutmix.com hosts the shoutbox, and it looks like it's down at the moment.

Why does every hosting site I use have random spazz attacks?

It's working for me, at least. Whatever problem it was having seems to be fixed.

There were two forums with different providers before this one. The sites for both of them crashed. I believe it was Forumarena first, and after that went down, we moved to Fireforumz. That fell apart shortly after opening, so we ended up here. Personally, I like this one better than either of the last two.

I think you're the only one of the current members that never saw either of the first two.

I was part of the first one, and I joined right before the second crashed. Didn't the Fireforumz board only last about two days?

Yeah, Fireforumz lasted all of one or two days, just long enough for us to start joining up and posting again. I waited way too long to move to another host, though, with how long it was taking to restart the site.

Fun fact: Fireforumz finally came back a month or so ago as Foroomy.com. It looks cool, but I like the features here better. Especially the sidebar widgets.
