Should we have both a chatbox and shoutbox, or just one or the other?

PostSubject: Keep in the excellent!   Tue Jan 01, 2013 10:43 am

It's a new year, and I'm making a point to stay active on here and the main Ralynkei site.

I'm also playing with the features i here more, and I've added a chatbox, which is visible on the bottom of the home page of the forums. Not sure if I'll keep it, because we also have the shoutbox on the side panel. I can't put the chat there, unfortunately. I can only put it on the top or bottom of the forum's home page. Also, the chatbox at the bottom is members only, while the shoutbox is open for anyone to post.

So, what do you guys think? Use both the shoutbox on that side and the chat at the bottom? Or should I only use one or the other?
